Before the session, we connect briefly to learn about your team, goals, and context.

After the session, you receive a polished mp3 recording of your team’s anthem — something you can keep, share, and revisit.
Sessions typically run about an hour and are tailored for team size, format, and occasion.

Virtual sessions typically start at $1,500, including a polished mp3 recording of your team’s song.
In-person workshops start at $3,000, plus travel, and can be tailored for retreats, offsites, or multiple sessions.

I’m a facilitator, songwriter, and award-winning musical theater writer who’s spent years helping groups turn shared stories into meaningful creative work.
Before bringing this experience into corporate and organizational spaces, I worked extensively in theater — learning how to guide groups through collaboration, vulnerability, and trust. That background shapes how I facilitate teams today: with structure, empathy, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to contribute.
I’ve led this experience for teams at Google, Microsoft, Cisco, and organizations of all sizes, both virtually and in person.
