Get Ready for an Unforgettable Team Bonding Experience
Unleash the power of music to harness your team’s potential with multi-award-winning songwriter Oliver Houser.

Hi there,
I’m Oliver.
Whether you’re looking to align your team over shared values and goals, inspire a thriving, collaborative and joyful team culture, or cultivate a memorable experience that creates lasting change, you’re in the right place.
Create Your Theme Song is a unique and tailored experience that is guaranteed to strengthen your team’s morale.
While most team-building experiences are one-size-fits-all, Create Your Theme Song is designed to rally your team around what makes them stand out.
From tech startups to nonprofits to healthcare companies and everything in-between, I love seeing teams find the joy in creating an anthem that celebrates what they do and who they are.
Not just any team-building event

How it Works
Each event is customizable and can be tailored to your team’s individual needs.
First, we’ll enter breakout groups and brainstorm lyric ideas. Next, we’ll come together as a full team and move section by section to craft your unique theme song. Finally, I’ll premier the song for everyone. For especially courageous teams, singing along is encouraged!
After the event, I’ll send a polished mp3 for everyone to enjoy in perpetuity.
Most events last one hour. No singing or songwriting experience is necessary, and everyone is able to participate. You’ll be amazed at what we can create together.
